Defendant Kutches parked his gravel truck on the right lane of a paved highway in the nighttime for the purpose of adjusting a loose board on the end of the truck. Plaintiff, a passenger and guest of Kutches, alighted from the truck, as she claims, for the purpose of assisting him in making the adjustment. While standing on the pavement back of the rear right dual wheels of the truck she was run into by an automobile approaching from the rear and driven by defendant Albert Johnson.
